This is a weird one!! Mother Nature doing it again and creating some phenomenal wonders. This video is actually of a couple of branches from a tree coated with an insect they call a Cottony Cushion Scale. The tree branches appear to be vibrating from all of this insects’ activity. Anyone with fears of being covered in bugs would not want to see this activity while out on their hike in the woods. Each female lays about 600-800 eggs that hatch in the matter of days in the summer. If the movement doesn’t creep you out, the large number count of these insects covering the trees will!
