On December 3, 2012 the WooFDriver took the WooFPAK on a Mushing tour of the National Mall Trail. On this trail you ride by the United States Capitol building.

The Capitol building has many reports of ghostly haunts throughout the years. There is even said to be a “demon black cat” that makes its presence known just before national tragedies and changes of Presidents. Most of the ghosts that walk the halls are of past Presidents, First Ladies and House of Representative members. The first reported apparition seen here was in the 1860s and was said to be of a construction worker who died after falling during the build of the rotunda.
